We recommend starting at least 8 weeks before your desired lease start date to improve your chances of securing a suitable property. The timeline may vary based on your specific requirements and market conditions.
The total fee is $1,500 + GST. Additional property inspections are available at $200 + GST. See our Pricing section for details.
You may switch between the 5 shortlisted properties before confirming inspections. However, once an inspection appointment is scheduled, changes are not allowed, as frequent cancellations may affect your credibility as a tenant.
You can submit applications for the other 4 properties, provided if it's available. If you need an extra property inspection, there is a $200 + GST fee per inspection.
Our service lasts for up to 8 weeks from the date of engagement or until you move in, whichever comes first. A fresh service fee of $1,500 + GST applies if restarting the whole process.
